The Quick and Clever app currently records every answered question, your answer sequence, and the time it took to answer to a local database inside the app.
For now, this data is only being used to avoid repeating the same questions too frequently, and it's not being shared or stored outside the installed app. In the future, we may use this data in the game, for example, to create global leaderboards or local leaderboards among groups of friends, as well as to evaluate question difficulty and quality. When these features are eventually introduced, we will update this privacy policy accordingly. We will also allow you to opt out of all social sharing of your results, should you want to.
In the current Wi-Fi and Bluetooth powered multiplayer game, we will share your results among the other people in your local game for the purposes of real-time gameplay. Your results will only be saved in your own local database, not in any of your peers' local databases.
Quick and Clever’s app collects aggregate, anonymous statistics, such as the percentage of users who use particular features, to improve the app. We currently use Fabric, a third-party service, for analytics. You can view their privacy policy at https://fabric.io/terms.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our apps and customer support.
We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish Quick and Clever’s functionality.

You may delete your database of answered questions by deleting the Quick and Clever iOS app. Currently this database is only stored inside the installed app (including your iCloud and/or iTunes backups).
Quick and Clever may link to third-party websites, for example, to provide background information on questions and answers. These websites have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
By using Quick and Clever and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
